Privacy Policy

Atriumn LLC (“Atriumn”) runs atriumn.com and a small set of internal tools used by Atriumn to run its own business. This policy explains what information those collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message, delivered to Atriumn by email so we can reply.
• Chat assistant. Messages you type into the site’s chat widget, sent to an AI service to generate a reply.
• Server logs. Standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Google user data

Atriumn’s internal tools connect to Google accounts (Gmail and Google Calendar) owned by or operated for Atriumn, only with that account holder’s authorization. They read, label and draft email and read calendar events to help the account holder manage their own work. This data is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run these tools, and not used to train general-purpose AI models. Atriumn’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account’s security settings.

How we use and share information

We use information only to respond to you and to operate Atriumn’s business. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host, deliver email or process requests on our behalf, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email jeff@atriumn.com.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
